* We monitor your flight arrivals so that we are waiting for you on time.
* If your flight arrival time happens to change we will meet you at the new given arrival time.
* We will wait for further instructions from you in the case of your flight being cancelled in advance (information such as a new flight number/time).
* We will meet you about 25-30 minutes after your flight has landed in the arrivals hall, unless otherwise agreed.

* We have a policy of waiting for you for free for the first 40 minutes.
* The car park fee will be paid by us for the first hour.
* As proof of entry/exit into the terminal our driver must keep the receipt from the parking.
* We will wait for the customer in total for one hour and a half. In case the customer has not showed up by then we declaire the the job a "no show".
* If you are going take longer that one hour, we suggest that you inform us so that we wait for you.
