The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Premier Airport Cars

Conditions

1.1 By placing a reservation with the Premier Airport Cars the customer accepts these following terms & conditions.
1.2 Premier Airport Cars reserves the right to these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
1.3 All reservations need to be confirmed by Premier Airport Cars in order to validate them.
1.4 Premier Airport Cars sets the specific details regarding the agreement between the customer and Premier Airport Cars in the sales documentation. The service will only be carried out as stated in the Premier Airport Cars price list. All written material in websites, brochures, price lists or other documents issued by Premier Airport Cars are intended as a guide and the contents is not binding on the service provider.
1.5 Premier Airport Cars reserve the right to make any changes in the details/terms of the reservation and services which are required to comply with any safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements.
1.6 Any sub-contracting companies are not allowed to make representations concerning the service confirmed by Premier Airport Cars, unless confirmed by Premier Airport Cars in writing.
1.7 Any changes made to these conditions are not binding unless agreed in writing by email, telephone or otherwise between Premier Airoprt Cars and the customer.
1.8 Premier airport cars reserve the right to alter sales literature, price lists and other documents.
1.9 Any unintended human errors such as spelling mistakes in any literature (quotes, bookings,price lists,invoices) provided by Premier Airport cars shall be corrected without any liability on the part of the service provider.
1.10 The price of the service provided by Premier Airport Cars is set by the current price list. Another price may be argeed in writing between Premier Airport Cars and the customer.
1.11 If it may occur that Premier Airport Cars provides the customer with a price different to the current price list is the given price valid 24 hours unless the service provider has not specify another time.
1.12 Premier Airport Cars reserve the right to increase the price of the service (by giving notice at any time beforehand) if the cost of the service has increased to the provider of the service (cases such as, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation or alteration of duties, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the service which is requested by the customer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the customer or failure of the customer to give Premier Airport Cars adequate information or instructions).
1.13 Premier Airport Cars reserve the right to use the services of contractors or sub-contractors to provide services to customers. Details i.e. names, addresses of any contractors or sub-contractors will be provided by the Premier Airport Cars upon any reasonable request.
1.14 An extra charge will be added to the price of the service when reservations are booked for the following dates: 24,25,26, December & 1 January, other days may also be affected. More information will be provided through our call center and the prices will also be posted on our website close to these patricular dates.
1.15 Premier Airport Cars will wait for the customer for 20min in the case of a address collection and 60minutes in case of an airport or cruise point pick up. If the customer has not shown up in that time Premier Airport Cars declare the customer a "no show" and therefore the customer is liable to charges mentioned in clauses 2.2 and 3.1.1.
1.16 Payments that are done in another form that cash (£) to Premier Airport Cars will result in a non-refundable booking fee (£5.00/ passenger, in addition to any discounted prices or cash payments).

2 Terms Of Carriage

2.1 Premier Airport Cars base their prices on customers being ready to travel at the reserved time. It is important that the cusotmers book their transportation based on the flight details, such estimated arrival times.
2.2 Address and cruise point pick ups are free for the first 5 minutes, thereafter you will be charged £0.30/minute. Airport pick ups are free for the first 40 minutes from the landing of your flight. After 40 minutes you will be charged £0.30/minute, unless your flight was delayed.
2.3 Premier Airport Cars reserve the right to change any prices without prior notification however any bookings or quotes confirmed by Premier Airport Cars will remain binding.
2.4 Neither Premier Airport Cars nor any of its drivers will take responsibility for lost or damaged property. Premier Airport Cars or its drivers have the right to refuse any customer if the customer has excess luggage which would result in the car being unsafe during the journey.

3 Cancellations / Cancellation charges

3.1 If the car that has been booked by the customer is not suitable for the purpose for which it has been booked, the customer is liable to pay 100% of the service. Our staff will be happy to advice you when you are about to book a car.
3.1.1. If the customer wishes to cancel a booking after the reservation has been accepted by Premier Airport Cars is the customer liable to pay an extra charge of £10.00. 3.2 Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the time of service on the booking by telephone. An additional £10.00 cancellation fee is charged. If a booking is cancelled 3-24 hours before time of service a fee of 25% (of the agreed price of the service) will be charged. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before time of booking Premier Airport Cars charge you 100% (of the agreed price of the service).

4 General Applications

4.1 Premier Airport Cars is not liable to the customer for breaking the contract and in the case of any delay or failure occurs in performing the service due to any cause beyond the control of Premier Airport Cars, such as the following:
* explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident or act of nature
* sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, war or threat of war, strikes, industrial actions or trade disputes
* flight delays, flight cancellations
* breakdown in machinery/electricity, including computer systems
* restrictions, regulations, prohibitions or any kind of governmental, parliamentary or local authority measures
5.2 Subject as expressly provided in these conditions, all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.3 Except as expressly provided in these Conditions, the service provider shall not be liable to the passenger by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under statute, or under the express terms of the contract, for any direct or consequential loss or damage sustained by the cleint (including, without limitation, loss of profit or indirect or special loss), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of the service provider, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the services.
4.4 If clause 4.2 applies then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the service provider, the service provider shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries under the contract without any liability to the client, and if the Services have been delivered but not paid for the price shall become immediately due and payable notwithstanding any previous agreement or arrangement to the contrary.
4.5 By agreeing to the contract the customer accepts the following:
4.5.1 The contract is to be regarded confidential and all the information given to the customer relating to the business of Premier Airport Cars. The customer will not give information about the contract to any third parties without a written consent from Premier Airport Cars. This does not apply to any public information provided by Premier Airport Cars.
4.5.2 The customer will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with this condition by its employees, servants and agents. This condition shall survive the termination of the contract.

5 Miscellaneous

5.1 No waiver by the Premier Airport Cars of any breach of the contract by the customer shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
5.2 If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall thereby not be affected .
5.3 The contract between Premier Airport Cars and the customer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
